Hi, I’m Anna.

I’m a certified mindfulness instructor with over 20 years of experience in education and counseling. Teaching in the workplace, I draw on my years of experience promoting wellness. Mindfulness helps us treat others and ourselves with kindness so we are more healthy and resilient as individuals and organizations.

“Anna’s calm and engaging approach create a safe space for learning and reflection.”

My Approach

The way I teach is an interactive, collaborative learning experience rather than a presentation. We learn and practice practical skills during sessions. I value each individual’s experience and give lots of options so folks can try things out and discover what works best for them. Participants will walk away with skills that can be used right away. You will learn a lot. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone and try new things.

And I guarantee some belly laughs or your money back.
